Hilton Pyramids Golf

We booked a night to attend our friend's wedding, because the wedding location is far from the city. we have been greeted by Ms. Nada the reception employee who was very cheerful and helpful. She changed our room to the newer facility rooms and offered many flexible options. We upgraded our room to a more modern room with a garden. the room was clean. the bed was comfy. we enjoyed the following morning on the pool and ordered food & cocktails from the pool's restaurant, which were also very good. It was an overall great experience! Thanx to Nada :)

This is the second time at Hilton Pyramids Golf Hotel and both stays were truly enjoyable. The environment is peaceful, the rooms are comfortable, and the views of the golf course add a special touch of calm and beauty. I’d like to give a big thank you to Rawan at the reception for her warm welcome and helpful attitude. She was always friendly, always has a smile on her face and made sure everything went smoothly during my visit. The quality and variety at breakfast exceeded my expectations — everything was fresh, tasty, and well presented. There was something for everyone, and the variety was impressive. A special shoutout to Sara, who prepared omelets with great care and always greeted guests with a kind smile. Also, thanks to Aisha and Amira from housekeeping, who kept my room clean and cozy every single day. They were professional, polite, and always made sure I had everything I needed. I really enjoyed the lounge - it was cozy and peaceful. The staff were kind and welcoming, always making us feel at home. A special thank you to the head waiter, he was very professional, helpful and service minded. And a special thank you to the sweet chef, who surprised us by preparing a special Egyptian dish so we could enjoy a true local experience. It was a thoughtful and delicious touch! Great service and warm hospitality This hotel has excellent service, kind staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it and would love to return again soon!
